Culinary Series

  • Travel the globe while learning culinary skills for professional or personal use! Students will receive hands-on instruction from a professional chef.

    This is a 4-part series. Each series is five weeks long. You may register for all four or just the ones you are interested in.

    Those intending to become professionally certified as line or pastry cooks must complete all four series and will be offered internship opportunities.

  • Each course set is $250. The total for all 4-courses is $1,000. All materials are included in this cost.

  • Need-based scholarships are available to all eligible applicants. All program applicants will be allowed to indicate their need for financial aide during the application process.
