Tuition and Fees

Payment of Tuition and Books and Supplies

Students can pay before the start of a class or make payment arrangements with the school.

Payment of Exam Fees for Certification

Once the student has completed the program, the graduate will be eligible to sit for the certification exam and will pay the exam fee directly to the testing site.

Tuition Assistance Grants

Rappahannock Center for Education offers a limited number of need-based grants. Students interested in applying must complete and apply six weeks before the start of the program. Recipients of grants will be notified two weeks before the course starts. All grants awarded are applied directly to the student’s tuition and fees. Competitive scholarships are not available.

Cancellation and Tuition Refund Policy

Rejection: An applicant rejected by the school is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days of executing the enrollment agreement, excluding weekends and holidays, is entitled to refund all monies paid.

Other Cancellations: An application requesting cancellation more than three (3) days after executing the enrollment agreement and making an initial payment but before the first day of class is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less a maximum tuition fee of 15% of the stated cost of the course or $100, whichever is less.


Need-based scholarships are available to all eligible applicants. All program applicants will be allowed to indicate their need for financial aid during the application process.
