Community Culinary Classes

Travel the globe while learning culinary skills for professional or personal use!

Get hands-on instruction from a professional chef. Local guest chef demos will also take place. Those intending to become professionally certified as line or pastry cooks must complete all four series and will be offered internship opportunities.

This is a four-part series; each series is five weeks. You may register for all four or just those you are interested in.

FRANCE – February 12 – March 11, 2024

ITALY – March 18 – April 22, 2024

PASTRY – April 29 – June 3, 2024 

PARTY PERFECTION – June 10 – July 22, 2024 

Tuition, Fees, and Program Requirements

Each course series is $250. The total for all for series is $1,000.  All materials are included.
